ECCC Fan FAQs
Seattle Convention Center Building
Now that you have your ECCC 2024 ticket, here are some important details you need to know ahead of the show!
The physical ticket (sometimes called a badge) you just received is what you’ll use to enter the show! Pro- Tip: make sure you put it in a safe spot and don’t forget it at home. You have to pay full price if you need a replacement ticket, and we don't want that!
Entrance Procedures
FAN, ADA, AND VIP ENTRANCE: Pine Street Entrance on Level 1. Fans will enter off of Pine Street and go through metal detectors in the Summit lobby. From there, fans will queue either down on Level 0 or on Level 2 in the Show Floor queues.
EXHIBITOR, PRESS, PRO, CONTENT CREATOR, ARTIST ALLEY, & PANELIST ENTRANCE: Pine Street and Boren Avenue Entrance on Level 2. Exhibitors, press, pro, content creator, Artist Alley, and panelists will enter off of Pine Street and Boren Avenue and go through metal detectors into the Level 2 Flex Hall.

Will Call is located in the SCC Arch 705 Pike Street in downtown Seattle.

- Wednesday, February 28: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM
- Thursday, February 29: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Friday, March 1: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Saturday, March 2: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Sunday, March 3: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Exhibitor Will Call Hours:
- Tuesday, February 27: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (SCC Arch Building & Flex Hall Lobby in Summit Building)
- Wednesday, February 28: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (SCC Arch Building & Flex Hall Lobby in Summit Building)
- Thursday, February 29: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (SCC Arch Building)
- Friday, March 1: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (SCC Arch Building)
- Saturday, March 2: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SCC Arch Building)
- Sunday, March 3: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (SCC Arch Building)
Mobile App
We hate telling people what to do, but we mean it when we say you need the Official ECCC Mobile App! Get your fix of ECCC right in your hand, including news, exhibitor listings, guest announcements, special events, and important announcements throughout the show.
The Official ECCC App is your digital companion throughout the show and is available to download on iOS and Android. Make sure you download it now and update it for 2024!
Most parts of the Mobile App work without wifi. We recommend downloading the app before you get to the show for the best experience.
